If you are a felon you cannot vote, serve in the military, gain a security clearance or visit most foreign countries. So the answer is no, he can’t vote for himself.

Yes. Florida goes by state who holds conviction. New York lets them Vote if not incarcerated.

He might actually be allowed to vote in Florida because it is a New York case

And Florida democrats celebrated their felon vote law

He can vote once his sentence is served. Depends on if this bone headed judge gives him anything more than probation. Based on the clown show that we have witnessed the last few months, the judge will probably sentence him to 20 years.

Funny thing is, there is nothing in the law that says a person can't be president from prison.

The whole idea for the left was to disqualify Trump somehow. Don't be surprised if the judge gives him a sentence that puts him behind bars until just after the election.
