Actually, I have heard Moscona say that he was ranked 101 at least 3 times this week. The point was the same, though. He has big league stuff and is capable of finding some confidence, getting hot, and having a great outing. But he doesn't have a big league mentality or big league command right now. And that's more obvious after every time he's run out there. I think he WAS a projected 1st rounder going into last season. But scouts see what we do and he has dropped a ton.
