We should ask the plaintiff attorneys how we can reduce premiums. I bet their solution will never be to reduce payments to plaintiffs and their attorneys. Any solution which reduces premiums without reducing payouts will simply result in insurers exiting the market because Louisiana isn’t worth the risk.
