re: Jeff Landry in trial lawyers pocket

He got almost $5mil from trial lawyers, he said he’s going to veto a few bills coming through related to insurance reform unless they are watered down to nothing (same as JBE with the “tort reform”). He’ll allow some home/property reform, but won’t touch any of the trial lawyers bread and butter (auto). From what I’ve heard is the bills won’t be watered down, they’ll hit his desk and he will have a decision to make. That being said I don’t think he’s a fraud, because I’ve always seen him as a sell out and there to do nothing more than increase his political and monetary capital.
