Some low income units will ruin the whole district? Sounds like district wasn’t that great in the first place. You sound like a Karen.

It won't ruin it but it's definitely not going to improve it. And I guarantee this district is better than any in Louisiana by a mile

Low income residents in apartments are the start. If they were generally well-managed (get rid of the ghetto, shite tenants) it might not be so bad. But, they usually are not well-managed.

Nobody (black or white) wants to be around ghetto. But, the feds keep moving ghetto to where no one wants them.
