At least 30 days notice prior to your renewal date to notify you that they aren't renewing your policy.

But if its a brand new policy in the first year, they can cancel for any reason within the first 60 days. Basically that's the company's inspection window to cancel for underwriting issues (property not being in acceptable condition or having pre-existing damage, liability hazards, etc)
