Deadly force doesn't get "authorized" or "unauthorized". It's ALWAYS authorized so long as it's within the 4th Amendment, related statutes, and department policy. So it was uniformed officers? I thought they were ordered to wear unmarked plain clothes. So what you are describing is not accurate. And could definitely lead to a reaction from Secret Service. Also would that be in your template? Or is that a special order?
