re: Green 1st base

There is nothing wrong with it at all. I think it's pretty ridiculous that the base is actually located outside of the batters running lane. Having this extension makes more sense.

I'm assuming it's not white like the base to maybe help the view of umpires for calling fair/foul balls that go right over first base.

And I'm a person that typically falls in the camp of keep things as they are. I was opposed to the pitch clock and other usually all other changes. I don't see the issue here though.
