A treaty that subordinates our sovereignty is unconstitutional and I do not believe is legal. frick that noise. We’re not governed out of Brussels or Davos or Rome or the United Nations by a bunch of foreigners we didn’t elect.
Moreover, per another poster, we RIGHTFULLY didn’t agree to it and aren’t part of this bullshite treaty.

Then all treaties are unconstitutional, which makes no sense considering the power to do so is explicitly described in the Constitution itself.

We did, and then we withdrew. So the ICC has no jurisdiction here, but what does that have to do with the ICC issuing a warrant for Bibi? They can't go get him in Israel, but in most of the world, he'll be arrested.
