Same as when he told paraplegic Missouri State Senator Chuck Graham to "stand up so that they can see you."

He tried clarifying then as well but it still showed his ignorance. One time can be played off as an honest mistake. Countless times over many years shows a bad pattern, clarifications notwithstanding. Best believe that if this were Trump, the media would show the gaffe and end it there.
