Shearwater 25LTZ rebuild thread

Recently started a complete rebuild on a buddy’s 25ft Shearwater. Figured I’d share the rebuild progress since people seemed to enjoy my contender rebuild thread. Will try to update as I make progress.

Boat used to be charter boat and then sat for a few years, so it needs a good bit of work to bring it back to like new condition. Taking it down to a bare hull and rebuilding it back from the ground up.

Started with a good pressure wash, and got to work ripping out all the old wiring and electronics, etc. Pulled TTop for powder coating, and console to send off for some fiberglass work. Pulled the leaning post out as well for better access to hull for running new wiring and plumbing. Pretty impressed with the overall build quality of the boat so far. Should be a fun project.
