How many times has the top rated conference had 5 teams tie for 7th in the standings and all be in the Top 30 in RPI and now Top 22 in KPI? How many times has a team tied for 7th in the SEC and in the Top 30 in the RPI not made the tournament? It’s never happened because there’s never been a set of circumstances like this. No conference ever had 10 until the circumstances called for the SEC to get that many. There’s no magic ceiling. A conference has just never deserved 11 bids before. And still you refuse to answer a question you know you can’t answer.
