re: What age did you older golfers move up to white tees?

I’m 63 and normally choose the tees around 64-6500 yds. At the course I play most often the back tees are blues, regular are whites, and senior tees gold. I usually play whites but have played the golds a few times. The golds force me to play differently from several tees because trouble comes into play that I won’t reach from the other tees.
