Yep, he's not much of a runner. Seemed he timed his step wrong, was early, and there was no slowing down.

I took that and Jay’s interview that Jordan fricked that up. Probably stood by the bag, threw up a stop sign, then decided to send him. Mistake you can’t make as a coach

He really wasn't going all that fast at that point. Like Jay said, he's not a great runner. He could have stopped in a few steps - I think he just really wanted to score and was hoping to get away with missing the bag.
