I'm currently on a "maintain" plan, which consists of 2228 calories on a rest day with a split of 183g of carbs, 194g of protein, and 80g of fat. On workout days, I'm consuming 2481 calories with a split of 262g of carbs, 194g of protein, and 73g of fat.

That's what the Macrostax app computes based on my body weight, goal weight, and physical activity on rest and workout days.

Naturally, I'm not overly concerned in hitting those calorie numbers with exact precision. I'm more concerned with hitting my protein number (first and foremost), and doing the best I can with carbs, and fats. I'd rather come up shy on my carbs and fats, but I always want to hit my protein. Usually, I'm shy on my calories, which I'm fine with as long I'm hitting my protein.

Did I mention that I want to hit my protein numbers?
