Get yourself a Weber 22” and a box of your favorite beer, some Air Monarchs and a couple of good WW2 history books and then you’ll be certified here.
I can recommend one book called Tennozan. It’s kinda hard to find the out of print version of it but evidently there’s a new version on amazon now. It’s about the naval battles of the pacific in WW2. Great story about The Grey Ghost and it’s just loaded with great first hand accounts of the legendary pacific naval battles between the US and Japan in WW2.

No … just get a chargriller from tractor supply.. get the three component one.. charcoal-gas-smoke box.. get a cover.. mine has outlasted all my friends that swore by their Weber and eggs..
Maintain it with cover and clean it..
Fwiw.. left it for the new owner when I sold that house .. he wanted it..
I use a table top traeger for most things now… but empty nester now..
