Ok… name me 5 players from the nba that could make it through training camp and then be picked to a roster… the physical toll on them would be terrible. I doubt any of the 5 would make it past 10 days… it’s a totally different animal….

I think 30 is far fetched, but its definitely an easier transition to go from basketball to football. Foot work and speed is there, just need to bulk up a little. The physicality of football is rapidly declining. Body weight on QB rule, hip drop tackle thing etc.

I played against Odell Beckham in basketball when he was at Newman. while he was a great athlete, he was very average basketball player. Our group of all white kids beat them.
