Our troop made the decision that we didn't want to attempt to start a girl chapter. We've never really had a high demand for one within our troop, so it was an easy decision for us, but I'm more than happy that there are troops that have thriving B & G troops.

I do think it makes summer camps a little more 'interesting', especially for the counselors/staff. Our local camp has male and female staff cabins across the reservation from each other...for what it's worth
