It takes knowing that area and what it is capable of. While I don't think it was worse than the first tornado, it was most likely on the ground at points. I'm telling you, that area is a weird place for storms/tornadoes. There's a reason it has spurred large scale research projects. Brad has been working it for 20+ years now.
