I’m just over 2.5 weeks into quitting (last cigarette was 17 Apr), and still can’t quit craving a smoke about 50 times a day. Of course some times are worse than others, and it’s now pretty easy ignore, but do the cravings ever fully go away?
I could have brought you to my BIL's ICU bed last week when we pulled the plug on him. Died from heart and lung failures from heavy smoking for 45 yrs. That might have driven those cravings away...
