Since I work from home, I’ve taken over the cooking responsibilities around the house. I’ve always enjoyed grilling (I use to do comparative BBQ) but in the last year I’ve discovered I genuinely enjoy cooking. So I’ve started collecting all sorts of recipes to try different dishes for Mrs. Vader and Leia. This was my first time using this recipe. Overall it turned out pretty good. But it calls for waaay too much onion. The recipe calls for an entire yellow onion (chopped) to go in a dish with 1 lb of hamburger and 8 oz. of elbow macaroni noodles. I knew a whole onion would be too much so I cut that in half. Even doing that it had too much onion. Should have done only like 1/4 at most. Lesson learned.
