re: Pack of dogs attacking people in the Philly streets right in front of police NSFW

I live in the country and we don't need big mean dogs here.

Fpr a while, we were getting a lot of abandoned mean dogs. No ids no rabies shot tags, just attacking our pets. and livestock. Only one way to control them.

The only possible positive was the intruder dogs may have had heart worm and given it to the coyote population which had a surprising and unexplained drop in population for several years.
