Selling out means they aren’t stocking enough inventory, so demand exceeds supply. However, raising prices decreases demand until supply and demand find equilibrium. Increasing supply to meet demand could mean more revenue if raising prices causes demand to drop.
Also, the prices at the Cajun Dome are NOT THE SAME as Cajun Field. Different contract, different providers, different products. Prices in the dome are easily doubled at Cajun field, and have way fewer points of sale. Completely different situation.
