We have one to maintain the common property and pool. Problem is, only about 45% pay the dues. Then the other half bitch that the pool is dirty after jumping the fence because they don't have an access key. If you don't pay, I should be able to burn your house down.

I don't care if you have 10 cars in your yard and a shed that looks like its out of a 1980 horror movie...I want the pool/playground area taken care of.
