CBS also has Franklin as their top ranked guy left on offense. Summarize:
Tall and fast (4.41?) and can go up and get the ball. More of a weaver, not crisp in and out of his breaks (which could be a plus for him at only 21-years-old--there's room for development there). Biggest knock on him is he needs to add strength to be able to get off the line better, but does have the frame to add good weight. And is still able to to make contested catches. Surprised he's still there.
