So the universities provided the means of supporting these students and enabling their opinions, and they should be held responsible if it escalates to violence is your stance, correct?
I fully agree
Let’s take this further though. Benjamin Netanyahu and the controlling Likud party in Israel propped up Hamas and gave them the means to retain power. He mistakenly thought he could “control the height of the flame” and contain them, but obviously that failed.
By this reasoning, is it not Netanyahu and his political allies who bear the responsibility for the events of October 7th?
For years, Netanyahu propped up Hamas. Now it’s blown up in our faces

If the Israelis want to hold Netanyahu responsible over in Israel that's their prerogative, I'm only concerned with a Summer Of Love Redux all over the US on dozens of college campuses which could spread into the general public.
