As a manager at work and having a toddler at home, this is spot on
There are lots of great ways to "hack" conversations and relationships with people.
Every interaction with people you aren't interacting with super often carries more weight. Every positive interaction and every negative one are SO much more impactful.
Listening, asking people questions, figuring out what they are interested in and asking about that... letting other people talk can be just as powerful.
