re: What’s your best story of an answered prayer?

My wife and I decided to flip our first house on the side. We initially thought it would take maybe 3 months and ended up taking over 18 months. Completely drained our finances and we were arguing a lot over decisions made.

We also got pregnant and had our first daughter in the midst of all this. We thought we’d never be able to sell it but as soon as it was finally finished we got a full price offer within a week of being on the market. We sold in February 2020 and we now know the pandemic was in full swing the next month. Home sales Activity eventually picked up but we wouldn’t have made it another few months.

I know that was God. Our household income has tripled since then and I feel like that was a turning point in our faith and our relationship.
