Apizza Scholes for killer New Haven style pizza.
Canon Beach for great ocean views
Multnomah falls for great hiking
McMenemins in Troutdale for booze and fun
I cannot get my mind around how they have made such an utter cesspool out of that town with how great the surroundings are. As I understand it, the place was kind of a rust belt town in the 1980's/90's until Nike and Big Tech picked up the local economy and it boomed. Looks like the city had their 15 years of fame and the chickens have come home to roost. I'd prefer the rust-belt vibe of 1988 over this current cesspool.
