It’s costing me easily $1000 more to $1500 more per month to not be locked into a rental while my house is on the market.

Didn’t want the right house to show up and be in a rental for a year. I’m moving for the 3rd time since December 4th at the end of the month to a 1800 sqft month to month for $3500 a month.

Could probably get something closer to 2k to 2500 if we signed a year lease but I’m going to probably buy or build within the next year.
