Almost 16 years, no issues with either unit. I once had a slight leak in my smaller unit, and the AC technician recommended Stop Leak (or something equivalent) and it sealed it right up. That was over 5 years ago. The only other issue is that my heater stopped working on one of my units. Wasn't the unit's fault. I somehow had a bird build a nest through my exhaust piping out of my roof.
Both are Rheem units.

3 Trane units. 14 yrs. (2) evap coils. 1 condenser unit fan (i bought and replaced myself) , at least (1) capacitor. replaced the 2.5T AHU outright because it was almost as cheap as replacing the evap coil. that unit is upstairs and really is only used if we have a guest overnight staying up there.
