re: Mike Johnson said Ukraine funding is going to replenishment of U.S. weapon systems?

I think what Johnson is saying we need to replenish our stocks and those stocks go straight to Ukraine and then down the road another replenish our depleted stocks bill and the cycle then repeats itself.
