I would like to know what the Ukrainian fat cats in government are doing with that kind of scratch. 160 billion dollars in two months is a lot of money for a small country that pretty much every one evacuated before the war.
Wasn’t one of the big government big wigs seen driving around in a sports car in war torn country?

I’m also curious how common total loss of power on ships was prior to the Baltimore disaster.
