I think it could decrease. the NCAA women's tournament was artificially propped up by a relentless two week marketing campaign where everyone from Shaq and Lebron to the local weatherman were regurgitating the same talking points about how the women's tournament is way better than the men's this year ("i know five women players names, i dont know any of the men" and "the women's has much better storylines" were the two favorite go-to's). it was two weeks of wall to wall coverage, and i bet next year will be even more of this. more potential coverage would / should equal more endorsement deals.
