yep that area is aging and there is a shift in the demographics. Zoned to Klein Forest High School which is not good.

Plus side its only 30 minutes to downtown Houston)

The decent Burb to ghetto cycle can happen pretty fast in Houston. Only place it happens faster is Baton rouge with the LSU student housing to ghetto cycle.

A lot of aging apartments in that area.

I do a lot of business in that area. Generally speaking, I do not move products in nice neighborhoods. Lot of heavy industry along 249 and beltway


Also, a lot of that area took on water in Harvey. I don't know if that place did and they have also done a good bit of work building water detention off of cutten road.

Decent spot if you are a baw opps manager working off of Cutten
