This just isn't true.

They're refurbishing T-64 and T-55s. They're yanking artillery barrels off old "artillery pieces" and putting them on refurbished new ones. The old ones (barrels) aren't accurate and are shorter range. They have a really tough time making barrels.

Do you have anything else you want to make up?

Oh yeah forgot about the T-30's. They count them too, in there tanks produced count. I mean Stalin was still young when those were made. No tanks get modern scopes/targeting. What else ya got?
