When we moved back to NOVA this past September we bought almost everything on Facebook Marketplace. With careful shopping and patience you save a ton of money furnishing a house.

And a can of paint and/or change of knobs. Wife just got a dining room table in the shape she wanted for $150 and made it the color she wanted.
It reminds me of the HGTV shows when the irrational wife complains about "the color" or "that light fixture." Ladies, if your husband can't change a light fixture, you haven't married a man.
