Best death ever had to be my buddy’s grandma. She was 96 with basically zero significant health challenges or limitations. We’re talking still able to walk around the mall for hours with her daughters and enjoy herself. Went to bed one night and just randomly stroked out in her sleep. We should all be so lucky.

As for me, I’m hoping PAS and other euthanasia options are more widely accepted in the decades ahead. I’d hate to be 90 and feel my independence waning and there being nothing I can do about it…nursing homes are not for me. I don’t want to go out that way, especially if dementia is involved.

I went to a haunted house with some friends once. An old lady lived there, if you looked into her eye you saw your death. I choose not look.
