San Antonio trip

Not sure where y'all are staying but the Crockett Hotel was pleasant. Back exit that you cross a small alley into the Riverwalk Mall. Though the history of the other hotel mentioned sounds cool.

If you like old building history the boat ride is pretty interesting. The Riverwalk can be a bit crowded in spots so it's essentially just a bar hop for good people watching.

Blanco Cafe on Blanco for legit great cheese enchiladas. Great lunch spot.

Head to the King Williams district one night for dinner. Drive around and see the beautiful homes before. We ate at UpScale and it was very good. Then walked next door to Churro Star and had the best freaking churros ever for dessert.

The Pearl district is a good spot to kill a few hours. Lots of bars and restaurants and shops. Hotel Emma is fantastic.
