You do realize the First District is overall the wealthiest and best educated district in the state with higher numbers of people who have at least some college education and a very high level of home ownership.
Like the people in the 6th, we rather that our Representative clearly enunciate his words and speak to us as adults about issues that affect our district. Steve Scalise does that for his constituents. Garrett Graves does much the same for the people in BR...and I suspect Mike Johnson did that for his.
