It only took about three weeks, because I got arrested for minor shite in my 20s. One of the requirements, since I'd been arrested, was a police report clearing me of wrong doing from ever country I've ever visited since I was 17. I managed to skirt that by uploading a word doc being the sarcastic arse I actually am. I didn't qualify for an e-Visa, because I went to college and fricked around alot. So, extended vetting!

They also wanted an FBI report on me.

Canada was worse on the spot. Australia was worse before landing. I had to reschedule my flight to Melbourne twice because I didn't get a visa for over two weeks. Hence, less than 72 hours on the ground. After 54 hours in the air, not including layovers. It was awesome.
