Commercial is not the same as Residential
People are working from homes. Commercial real estate for offices are a buyers market.
- Blackrock will end up owning them for pennies on the dollar.
- Then they will convert them to apartments borrowing or grants using our tax money under the guise of doing it to house homeless immigrants.
- Then Blackcock will rent them out under Section 8 all courtesy of our tax dollars being doled out like candy by liberal politicians.
There is no stopping the grift train.
