Geez, you have NO IDEA what you are talking about. The perp was in a vehicle. Have you ever trained shooting thru vehicles ? The materials cause ricochet, thus most rounds if not fired straight thru glass, and not at an angle, will get deflected. Also, even if the perp was hit with several rounds it is not like TV where they drop dead. He could have been hit 15 times and not died instantly due to where he was struck. He kept moving, they kept firing. You also have to take into consideration the angle the officers were shooting from. The engine block also would have taken out a lot of rounds if he was ducking below the windshield.
