Please help me out here. Which religion is being promoted by the Ten Commandments? I really need to know for I do not see a religion mentioned in the Ten Commandments.
So if there is no display of the Ten Commandments is the goooooooooooooberment promoting the religion of atheism?

Judaism or Christianity.
If there was a law that was enacted by the state legislature requiring that a Fatiha from the Quran to be placed in every public school or any school that received public funding, the same unconstitutionality would apply.

No. It's staying within its bounds of not prohibiting free exercise (meaning that you can choose to be Christian, Buddhist, Jewish) or ...
... wait for it...
... just a little bit longer ...
... not have a religious belief at all.
