there's a very high chance most of the people using it aren't getting enough protein, hence why I believe it is bad for people. A lot of people will just get fatter once they stop it. But thats just my opinion, people dont want to diet and exercise. They just want a quick fix

Walk me through this. Not getting enough protein while losing weight=bad. Not getting enough protein while being fat=not bad?

Also probably true, but a lot probably won’t as well.
If used to assist in a lifestyle change that has a chance to stick, I think the drugs have a chance to make a significant positive impact on health as any drug I can remember.
