Contracts are a fundamental part of our economy, right? Seems to me that the newspaper is in breach of contract.
Also, what would be his damages?
Lastly, some posters here are claiming this somehow violates 1A and free speech. Remember, the constitution protects citizens from infringement of rights by the government, not private entities.
No way a Seattle court finds for this preacher.
