You're overstating. Large advertisers may look at this, if they look at all, and be smart enough to understand the situation. Furthermore, large advertisers usually buy an ad campaign with a media group and their contract will not look like the standard ad contract the Seattle Times publishes on its website. They will negotiate a separate, bespoke contract that will not include the unilateral outs.

Again, this is Seattle, most people probably don't give a frick about this kerfuffle, which didn't involve a breach of contract.

Ok.

We have opposing viewpoints and neither are going to change.

Let’s see where the ST is down the line with regards to who was right.
