re: Does any dealership in the world have a “good” service department?

I've had good luck where I bought my vehicle. Most of the techs and the service guy are enthusiasts.

I've also had the worst customer experience of my life at Service Chevrolet. They tried to swindle my gf and wouldn't bring her car to us. Things got pretty heated that day.
