ronricks will say this is a bad thing and that your Mom is just lazy and needs to get in the gym ASAP.

No Ron wouldn’t say that because Ron knows it’s mostly diet and lifestyle not just going to the gym. You can’t out train a bad diet. Her mom likely is lazy with little to no discipline that’s how she got obese in the first place

Tell your mother to stop the Zepbound and join Crunch fitness.

Won’t work without massive diet and lifestyle changes.

Stop the lunacy. She is cheating the system and using shortcuts.

Never have mentioned cheating or shortcuts. I have mentioned Big Pharma being a scourge of American society. Read this thread. It’s full of lazy people who want to take drugs and lose weight laying around the house. Let’s just cut to the chase. These people don’t want to put any effort in. They don’t want any discipline they want to rely on drugs. They don’t want to do anything other than to rely on drugs. It’s all right here in black and white. It’s not sustainable long term.

ron - let me break this down for you. (because I do respect your input on this board)
I don't think you will grasp this today , but hope that one day soon it will click.
*note: I acknowledge your contributions to this board. I have taken note of things you post about lifting and nutrition that is quite valuable, and I do see you as one of the more knowledgeable posters on the health/fitness board -so it almost pains me to suggest that you:

Please stop posting on GLP threads. When it comes to GLP-1 or peptide knowledge in general, you should remain quiet and try to learn more...

You are erasing years of credibility.

See, this is where you are wrong , and likely why you will always be incapable of understanding things. Not just this topic, but most things in life are not black & white. Don't be obtuse.
