I like the Samsung earbuds. They are not prone to falling out and are about $139 +/- depending on the vendor.
They don't have that ridiculous dongle hanging down that snags on everything from seat belts to jacket collars. Not only that, but they connect to my laptop, phone or tablet with ease.

The Jabras did well for me. The Samsung ones came with a little extra piece of rubber that made them the best I've used.
My current ones are $250 (found a sale) Sonys and they don't stay in well at all. I'm going to check this thread to see if there are any recommendations on how to make them stay in better.
